More about student support with us

PhD Students

Our dedicated support extends to both PhD and Masters students. Even if some students may not qualify for Disabled Students' Allowances (DSA), they can still derive benefits from our assistance. We offer comprehensive long or short-term support through university funding. Each PhD student is paired with a mentor who is specifically trained to the PhD level, ensuring tailored guidance and support.

Waiting Lists

In light of the increasing prevalence of mental health issues among students, waiting lists for university counseling services have grown. Our mental health mentorship services offer a valuable alternative, empowering students to stay engaged in their studies while receiving emotional support and developing resilience. We take pride in our swift response times, often reaching out to referred students within 24 hours, ensuring timely assistance without enduring extended waiting periods.

Our Impact

Our commitment extends beyond mere provision—we consistently monitor the impact of our services on student attendance, retention, progression, and overall well-being. The ultimate aim is to help students achieve better grades, improved attendance, and reduced dropout rates. Through proactive monitoring, we guarantee that our services are actively contributing to positive changes in the lives of the students we support.

Repercussions on Student Mental Health

The challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, coupled with the current cost-of-living crisis, have significantly impacted students' mental health. It is imperative for universities to acknowledge these unique challenges, especially when combined with the academic pressures students face. Offering specialised mental health support is a crucial step in recognising and alleviating the impact of these challenges.

Remote Sessions

Our remote support services are meticulously designed to provide the same high-quality care and attention one would expect from in-person support, without compromise. Recognising the demand for flexibility in the modern world, our commitment to your well-being remains steadfast, whether you access our support remotely or in person. Your mental health is of utmost importance to us, and we are here to deliver consistent, compassionate assistance, regardless of your location.
